At Coco de Mer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury pieces are not quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Initiate Your Return

Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the items back into their original Coco de Mer signature packaging and secure them in a protective shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to your nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the items.
